Created from an original watercolor by Maggie Caravello, this print pays homage to one of Chicago’s most beloved landmarks - the iconic Marshall Field’s clock on State Street. The grand bronze timepiece, richly ornate and steeped in history, anchors the scene as classic State Street buildings rise behind it, echoing the city’s golden age of retail and architectural elegance.
There’s a quiet romance here: waiting under the clock, winter coats and holiday windows, the steady rhythm of the city moving all around you. Nostalgic yet timeless, this piece captures the soul of downtown Chicago - where tradition, style, and memory meet. Presented as an 8.5” x 11” print with a clean white mat and finished in a gray with gold wood 11” x 14” frame, it’s a beautiful nod to Chicago history and enduring city pride.
